How it started

Rachael loves to talk that is no secret. And she knows as well as the next high achiever, that with building a business, career, life etc, there inevitably comes a point of questioning is this it? and is this the right path? and also, she didn’t want to be lonely in the start-up phase of business, so she created a reason to talk to people. The podcast transformed Rose Coloured Glasses to to Am I Successful Yet, as it matured and the ideas that were being talked about where not just rosy, but real, raw and ultimately human.

How its going

Born out of the idea of looking at success through rose coloured glasses, Rachael has shared stories of her “success” journey and interviewed guests from all around the globe. Turns out non-traditional success is actually the norm. From artists to lawyers and journalists, Rachael is challenging what is considered the “normal” way to find success and offers listeners stories that they can sit in the uncomfortable with, cry real tears with and laugh along with, while learning a thing or two about a thing or two.
