Career Design Coaching

and Speaking for Your Next Version

Frequently Asked Questions

Coaching Questions

What is Next Version Coaching?

Next Version Coaching is a career design process that supports professionals to intentionally create the next version of themselves at work or in business.
Using the Kaleidoscope Self framework, this coaching experience explores the different elements that influence how you show up professionally including your values, strengths, decision-making style, lived experiences and leadership preferences.

Rather than continuing to operate on autopilot (playing out your routinolgy), clients are supported to design a sustainable way of working that reflects who they are now and where they want to go next.

Who is Next Version Coaching for?

Next Version Coaching is designed for professionals who feel successful on paper but disconnected in practice. Many clients are navigating burnout, values misalignment or uncertainty about what comes next in their career. This includes lawyers, business owners and emerging leaders who are asking questions like: Should I stay? Should I grow? Or do I need to redesign how I show up within the role I already have?

What outcomes can I expect from career design coaching?

Clients often gain clarity around their values, increased confidence in decision-making and a stronger understanding of how their identity influences their leadership style and performance at work. The goal is not to leave your career behind, but to redesign your role, business or approach so it reflects your priorities, supports your wellbeing and allows you to create meaningful impact over the long term.
